Revision, a funk rock band touring in their veggie oil fueled van, is heading to the moGreenA Foundry for a special live event on Sunday, August 15th. Come out to see a great show in a truly unique venue.
Formed in the reputable music town of Ithaca NY, Revision is a funk/rock band made up of three Ithaca College music grads. Having the instrumentation of Soulive coupled with the songwriting savvy of Wilco, their music grooves, rocks, and has a sincere live energy.
Revision has averaged over 100 shows a year touring with acts such as Derek Trucks, Soulive, Charlie Hunter, Michael Franti and Spearhead, and The Cat Empire.
We will kick the afternoon off with an amazing musical performance by The Rolling Thunder Blues Revue churning out an eclectic blend of electric blues and hard driving rock.
Gates open at 2pm and the music will kick off at 3pm. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, or anything else to get comfortable. Whatever your seat, you'll be hard pressed to stay in it once the show starts!
All net proceeds will benefit the Modena Community Garden project.

Waste Oil Recyclers collects used fryer oil from many area restaurants, stadiums, schools, and hospitals. Every gallon of oil we collect is destined to become fuel, either in grease burning engines or through conversion into Biodiesel. Air pollution, exponentially rising carbon levels, and dependence on petroleum based foreign fuels are all very real problems facing our communities.
Every gallon of oil we recycle will prevent 26% of the Carbon Monoxide and 39% of the Particulate Matter associated with a gallon of standard diesel fuel from entering the air around us. It will also offset the Carbon Dioxide by 100%.
Waste Oil Recyclers seeks to improve the environment starting with our community of Modena, PA. All funds raised through this event will benefit the Modena Community Garden Project.
